Pasta is one of the dishes that children especially like the most, we can also prepare it in many ways, with sauce, vegetables, meat ... Today some tortellini with cheese sauce and mushrooms.
It is also ideal in summer to prepare cold dishes, as pasta salads are great and are very popular.
On this occasion I propose some stuffed tortellinis, there are many stuffed with ham, spinach, mushroom cheese… And for this dish you cannot miss a good creamy sauce with a lot of flavor like this one that I propose, which goes well with any filling.
- 400 gr. stuffed tortellini
- 100 gr. of mushrooms
- 100 gr. grated aged cheese
- 40 gr. of butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 500 ml. milk
- Salt pepper
- Nutmeg
- To prepare the tortellinis, the first thing to do is cook them, prepare a pot with plenty of water when it starts to boil, add the tortellini and let them cook according to the manufacturer.
- We clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, put a satin on the fire with a splash of olive oil and when it is hot we add the mushrooms, sauté and when they take color we turn off.
- To prepare the sauce we put a saucepan to heat with the butter and a splash of oil, we put the flour to toast, when we see that it is we will add the milk, we will stir with some rods so that no lumps are made. Season with salt and pepper and add a little nutmeg. We mix.
- When the sauce is there, which should be a little light, if necessary add more milk, add the grated cheese, stir until all the cheese melts.
- Ha this mixture we add the mushrooms we mix everything.
- We put the tortellini in a bowl and mix with the hot sauce. We can serve them like this or put a little grated cheese on top and brown them in the oven for 5 minutes.
