Tomatoes stuffed with pickles and tuna

Tomato is a very healthy food due to its high water content and with low calorie content. It is an important source of fiber, minerals and vitamins that helps us to have a healthy and balanced diet.
Ingredients (6 servings)
- 12 tomates
- 150 gr. pickled gherkins
- 150 gr. green olives
- 4 cans of tuna
- shawl
- vinegar
- olive oil
- oregano
Crafting
To empty the tomatoes we cut a piece from the part of the branch. With the help of a knife and a drain we proceed to empty the tomatoes.
Once we have emptied the tomatoes we proceed to make the filling. To do this, we chop the pulp that we have taken from the tomatoes and put it in a bowl. Chop the pickles and olives into small pieces and put them together in the bowl with the tomato. Add the tuna, salt, oil, vinegar and oregano to taste. We wrap well until the filling is homogeneous.
