Ingredients:
1/2 kg of ripe tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
4 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon vinegar

Peel ripe tomatoes. Finely chop a few cloves of garlic and a lot of parsley. Then add to the tomato with a little vinegar.
When everything is cooked together, the sauce is passed through the strainer.
