Is there anything easier than preparing a tomato salad? Few things are so simple, so fast and so healthy. Tomato salads are an ideal starter, especially in the hottest seasons when we are looking for refreshing and light starters with which to start the meal.
The key to a good tomato salad is obviously the quality of tomatoes used. Tomatoes are probably one of the foods in which the difference is most noticeable between consuming a product just picked from the garden or a commercial refrigerated one. A quality and ripe tomato will add extra flavor to the salad.
