Ingredients
  • 500 gr. peas or peas
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 200 gr. of green beans
  • 50 gr. sweet corn
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. To prepare the pea salad we will first clean the vegetables.
  2. We clean the green beans and cut into pieces, clean the carrots and cut them into pieces. We wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
  3. If we have raw peas they can be eaten like this, but if it is not in season we find them in cooked or frozen jars, if they are frozen we have to cook them.
  4. In a pot we will put plenty of water, when it starts to boil we will add the peas, green beans and carrots, cook everything until they are tender.
  5. We remove the vegetables and drain well. We let them cool.
  6. We put the vegetables in a salad bowl, add the chopped tomatoes and a little sweet corn.
  7. Season the salad with a good splash of oil, vinegar or lemon, a little salt and pepper.
  8. Another option of dressing will be to put a mayonnaise.
