Roasted peanut and carrot salad with dressing

To taste a tasty salad, I suggest you put into practice preparing this preparation, with the contribution of being able to prepare it in some free time and keep it in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap until the moment of serving and savoring its delicious flavor.

Ingredients:

3 large carrots
1 large buttery lettuce plant
100 grams of peanuts (peeled, roasted and chopped)
1/2 cup dressing (mayonnaise)
1 container of natural flavor yogurt

Preparation:

First wash the butter lettuce silver and drain it well and place it on a cloth or canvas so that the leaves are very dry. Then cut the leaves into small pieces. Peel the carrots and grate them.

Arrange the lettuce, carrots and chopped peanuts in a salad bowl and stir the ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise dressing with the yogurt in a bowl and add them to the salad and stir. You can serve the salad immediately or keep it in the fridge until ready to eat.
