I bring you a perfect combination for a quick and balanced lunch: 'Thins' with grilled turkey, egg and tomato crushed.

- 2 slices of Sandwich Thins
- 1 turkey breast
- 1 egg
- 1 Tomate

- We cook the turkey breast on the grill and reserve.
- We cook an egg.
- Peel the tomato and grate it in a bowl. Add olive oil and salt, stir and reserve.
- We toast the thins bread in the toaster.
- Once toasted, we cut the turkey into strips or large cubes.
- We cut the egg into slices and spread it over both pieces of bread.
- We finish the dish by adding the crushed tomato.
