Ingredients
- 1 k. spine tape
- 1 cebolla
- 2-3 carrots
- 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 glass of cognac
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- Mushrooms
- Oil, pepper and salt
Preparation
- To prepare the loin in carrot sauce, first, we put salt and pepper, we pass the piece of loin in flour.
- In the pot that we are going to use we will put a good jet of oil, we will put the high heat and we will brown the loin. When it is golden, add the chopped onion and the carrots cut into slices.
- We will let the vegetables sauté. Add the mushrooms whole or in slices, let them sauté together with the vegetables. We add the fried tomato.
- We stir everything and add the glass of cognac. We let it cut down on the alcohol.
- We add a glass of water.
- If we are preparing it in a fast pot, close it and let it cook for 10 minutes. If we prepare it in a traditional way, we let it cook for 30-40 minutes, depending on the piece of meat. When it is, we open the pot.
- Let the meat rest a little. We take it out and let it cool to be able to cut it better.
- If we want we can mash the sauce. We put the meat together with the sauce, we taste the salt and let everything cook for a few minutes.
- We serve.
