750 grams of loin

3 cloves of garlic

20 mushrooms
1 glass of cooked brown rice
5 parsley twigs
2 lemons
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 servings of white rice
Salt and pepper taste
Procedure
Cut the tenderloin into small pieces, chop the ajó, parsley and onion, then squeeze the lemons, in a saucepan with hot oil, sauté the garlic, onion and mushroom for 3 minutes, add the parsley, lemon and season.
Add the wine, when it is consumed add a glass of vegetable broth and cook it for 15 minutes. Once this time is over, the loin is put on the rice and cooked for 5 more minutes.
