Tenderloin casserole with mushroom rice

An exquisite combination, light and ideal for cold days and for demanding palates, this recipe is quick in 45 minutes and you will have it made and it yields 5 servings.

Ingredients

750 grams of loin
Half a glass of white wine
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
20 mushrooms
1 glass of cooked brown rice
5 parsley twigs
2 lemons
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 servings of white rice
Salt and pepper taste

Procedure

Cut the tenderloin into small pieces, chop the ajó, parsley and onion, then squeeze the lemons, in a saucepan with hot oil, sauté the garlic, onion and mushroom for 3 minutes, add the parsley, lemon and season.

Add the wine, when it is consumed add a glass of vegetable broth and cook it for 15 minutes. Once this time is over, the loin is put on the rice and cooked for 5 more minutes.

I served very warm.
