Today we are going to prepare a simple dessert. Nothing or almost nothing can go wrong when preparing these cheese and fruit tartlets of the forest that will make you look great with your guests. Just for the color and the combination of flavors, they are worth trying, don't you think?

This time we have used berries, but you can use the combination of fruits that is most attractive to you: banana and quiwi, ​​strawberries and blueberries, peaches and cherries ... the possibilities are limitless. With only a sheet of puff pastry of 200 g. you can make up to 18 bite tartlets.

Ingredients
  • 200 g. puff pastry
  • 1 egg white
  • 100g. fresh cheese
  • 125 ml apple juice
  • 4 sheet of neutral gelatin
  • 18 raspberries
  • 8 large blackberries

Preparation
  1. We stretch the dough of puff pastry and with a pasta cutter we cut 9 circular bases that we place on the oven tray, lined with parchment paper.
  2. We beat the clear of egg and we brush with it the puff pastry bases, Then, with the fork, we puncture the base.
  3. We take them to the oven previously preheated to 190ºC for 25-30 minutes or until we see that they are swollen and golden.
  4. We take them out of the oven and Let it cold down on a rack. Once cold, we open them in half.
  5. We place on each of them a little crumbled cheese.
  6. We hydrate the gelatin and we put the apple juice in a saucepan. We heat the juice and when the gelatin sheets are hydrated, we add them to the saucepan, drained. We stir until they dissolve. We let the gelatin warm while we prepare the fruits.
  7. We place encima of each tartlet two raspberries and a blackberry cut in half.
  8. A teaspoon of gelatin on the fruit and let them cool.
  9. The cold fruit tartlets are served.
