Microwave cheesecake

Today we are going to prepare a microwave cheesecake, a simple and very easy dessert to prepare. All the Cheesecakes are very popular, they are very popular for their texture and mild flavor. In all the houses we always have one that we like a lot and although they are similar, some ingredient differentiates them.

The cheese cake that I propose today is very good and is fast since it is prepared in the microwave, I can assure you that it is very good, the texture is a little denser than the flan and it is quick to prepare. For any occasion it is ideal.

Ingredients
  • 300 gr. cheese spread
  • 1 can of condensed milk of 370 gr.
  • 1 glass of milk 250 ml.
  • 4 large eggs
  • Liquid candy

Preparation
  1. We will use a microwave-safe mold, 25 cm wide and a little high, it usually goes up at the beginning and then goes down. We will put the liquid caramel in the bottom of the mold.
  2. In another bowl we will put the other ingredients, first the condensed milk and the cheese, we beat and mix it, then the milk, we mix again.
  3. Then we will add the eggs one by one, beating well so that it is well integrated.
  4. We will put it in the mold where we have put the caramel.
  5. We will introduce it to the microwave at 750w for about 15 minutes, when it is there you have to leave it for 5 minutes resting in the microwave.
  6. If you are not sure of your microwave, put it 12 minutes, click in the center and if it comes out still wet, go minute by minute until it is ready. You have to let it rest for 5 minutes in which it is still cooked inside.
  7. Do not go over cooking, if you go over it it will be hard and nothing can be done.
  8. And ready to eat!!!
