Today we prepare a cake with cocoa cream and Maple Syrup, a rich chocolate cake that everyone will surely like very much. Accompanied by dried fruits like walnuts that are very good.
A good cake to prepare a snack or accompany a coffee. Maple Syrup is a syrup with a sweet, smooth and light flavor with a caramel flavor, it is natural and is replaced by sugar.

Ingredients
- 125 g. cocoa cream
- 3 eggs
- 60 g. of butter
- 50 g. icing sugar
- + 10 g. to decorate
- 200 g. Maple Syrup
- A pinch of salt
- 1 package of breeze dough
- A handful of walnuts
Preparation
- We put the oven at 180ºC. We put the brisa dough in a round mold, we will prick the bottom with a fork so that it does not swell too much, we will bake it about 10 minutes.
- We melt the butter, the cocoa cream, the icing sugar, a pinch of salt and the Maple Syrup in a saucepan over low heat and we will not stop stirring. When everything is well bound and melted, remove from the heat and let it warm.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and add them little by little to the previous preparation.
- We take the dough out of the oven.
- And we cover with the filling, we bake about 25 minutes.
- We take it out and distribute the walnuts on top, sprinkle a little icing sugar and put the oven on the grill for 2 minutes so that the walnuts are caramelized. We will let it cool.
- We sprinkle a little more icing sugar over the entire surface of the cake.
- And ready !!! A super chocolate cake.
