Preparation
First, we will wash the caps very well, and then we will cut them in such a way that they are with a smooth base so that when supporting them, they do not fall.
While we cut them, we will place a pot with water to boil. As soon as the bubbles come out, we add salt and put the caps, which will cook for about 15 minutes.
At the same time, let them cook, we are doing the filling. To do this, we will cut the carrots and the turkey ham into small cubes and we will sauté them in a pan. Later, we add the rice and the pulp of the tapín. We will add a little salt and thyme and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Finally, we fill the tapines, sprinkle a little cheese on top and grill it at 180ºC for about 5 minutes.
