Ingredients
1 cup of washed rice
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup water
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil required quantity
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Procedure
Mix the water, milk, sugar and rice in a saucepan and cook everything until the rice is cooked. Once cold, add the beaten eggs, make the croquettes and pass them in breadcrumbs.
Put in a pan with plenty of oil and when it is hot, fry the croquettes, remove them from the heat and sprinkle them with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
