Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes (pick them round).
- Red cabbage
- 1 Carrot
- 1 celery
- Radish or soybean sprouts
- 2 butter nuts
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Honey mustard vinaigrette (honey, dijon mustard and olive oil)
Preparation
- We thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes and place them at full power in the micro for approximately 10-15 minutes (you will know that they are done by sticking a knife or fork in the sweet potatoes and checking that they are soft).
- Meanwhile, we cut the celery and red cabbage very finely.
- With the help of a peeler, we laminate the previously washed carrot.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl with the sprouts, salt, pepper and a honey mustard vinaigrette. We mix.
- Once the sweet potatoes are ready, we open in half, pour out a little of the inside with the help of a spoon and fill with our "coleslaw".
Ready to serve and eat.
