Summer cannelloni

Summer cannelloni, a perfect recipe to pass this heat a few cold summer cannelloni. Some sweet ham rolls stuffed with the typical  summer salad.

Ingredients
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 1 pot of mayonnaise
  • 12 slices of sweet ham
  • To accompany
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 jar of olives
  • 1 Tomate
  • 1 can of red bell peppers

Preparation
  1. To prepare the summer cannelloni, we will start by preparing the ingredients.
  2. We will put a saucepan with water, add the eggs and let them cook until they are hard, about 10 minutes after it starts to boil.
  3. Another pot with water will cook the potatoes until they are tender. We let them cool.
  4. We cut the cooked potatoes into small squares.
  5. Then we cut the hard-boiled egg into small pieces.
  6. We are putting it in a bowl, the cooked potatoes and the hard-boiled egg, we add the tuna, we mix.
  7. We prepare the mayonnaise or if we want we can buy it already prepared.
  8. To the mixture we will add mayonnaise.
  9. We put the slices of sweet ham and put them at the base of the kitchen, we will put a couple of tablespoons of the filling.
  10. We will roll them up.
  11. We wash and cut the lettuce, put it as a base in a source and we will put the cannelloni on top.
  12. We put a little mayonnaise on top of the rolls and garnish with the pepper strips, we finish by putting the olives and tomatoes. We will put it in the fridge until serving time.
