Our preparation for today is stuffed cucumber. It is a simple, original and delicious preparation.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 Spanish cucumbers
- 1 large salad tomato
- tender garlic
- shawl
- Vinegar and oil
We already have the ingredients, that as you can see are quite basic, like its elaboration, which is nothing to write home about.
We start by starting the cucumbers in half and emptying them, with a scooping spoon or a regular spoon.
The content that we remove from the emptying we put in a container and there we will add the other ingredients, a small chopped tomato and some another crumbled tender garlic.
Logically everyone can put the ingredients that are to your liking. Like a little onion or some anchovy, etc.
Now we mix the mixture well of ingredients with the cucumber balls and we have the filling ready, we season it to taste.
