This is a meal only for demanding palates, and for you to be like a queen.
Ingredients

- 8 pork tenderloin medallions
- Salt, pepper and flour required amount
- 1 egg
- 60 grams of dry grated coconut
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 30 grams of butter
- Lettuce amount needed
- 1 pot of heavy cream
- A tablespoon of lemon juice
Procedure
Cut the mangoes into wedges. I opened the pork loin medallions without separating them and put a mango wedge in each one. Hold them with a toothpick, pass them through flour, beaten egg and grated coconut. Brown the medallions in the oil and butter mixture, on both sides.
Mix half of the remaining liquefied mango, cream, lemon, salt and pepper. Serve the medallions with mango wedges, lettuce and the fresh sauce.
