Stuffed meatloaf

Ingredients:
200 grams of minced pork
200 grams of minced chicken meat
Chopped parsley
100g breadcrumbs
A jet of milk
1 egg
20g grated Parmesan cheese
100g of cooked ham
100g of cheese slices
Salt, pepper and butter

Preparation:
Put the 2 types of minced meat, the Parmesan cheese, the egg, salt, pepper, the breadcrumbs, the chopped parsley and the milk in a bowl.
Mix everything until all the ingredients are well united.
On a plate, spread the whole mixture, put the slices of cheese and cooked ham on top and close the cake. Bake at 180º for 30 min. Cut into slices and serve.
