Today we are going to prepare some green peppers stuffed with scrambled eggs with cod, a delicious dish that I usually prepare as a starter, plate or as a skewer is great.
It is a very little seen dish, which can be very good to prepare a good meal, for a celebration or a dinner with friends.
It is not so seen to fill the green peppers and the truth is that they are very good, with scrambled eggs and cod is a very good combination. You will surely like it !!!

Ingredients
- 6 green peppers
- 150 gr. salt cod
- 3 eggs
- garlic-parsley
- Flour (XNUMXg)

Preparation
- The first thing to do is to desalinate the cod or buy it ready.
- We will wash the peppers and empty the seeds. In a bowl we will put the other ingredients such as the eggs without beating, the cod in strips, a minced garlic and parsley.
- We will remove it and mix it.
- We will take the peppers and fill them with this mixture, to facilitate this step we will put a pepper in a glass.
- To fill them we will help ourselves with a spoon, we fill them carefully by pushing the dough into the pepper until they are full.
- To seal the filling so that it does not come off, we can cover it with a little flour.
- We put a pan with plenty of oil and when it is hot, we will fry them.
- We leave them until they are golden brown, we take them out, inside the egg must be almost made, but not completely set, otherwise it would be an omelette, although not everyone likes the half-cooked egg, so it will be done to taste each.
- It does come off a bit, but the flour helps it crust over so it doesn't come off.
- And that's it, they are easy to prepare and fast, they can be served whole or chopped accompanied by some potatoes
