These deviled eggs are always a good cold starter as a lid to start opening your mouth. In addition, the tuna gives it a very tasty and smooth touch.

This simple and tasty recipe from stuffed eggs It can be a dish that we prepare well in advance, since it is a cold starter we can prepare it the first with a lot of time.
Sometimes the filling can be heavy, that is why 4 egg halves per person would be a good starter, to leave space for the first and second course. According to this, the ingredients will depend on the diners to eat.
First of all, to make these stuffed eggs, we will have to cook the eggs. To do this, we will put the eggs in a saucepan together with water and a splash of vinegar. This trick was taught to me by my mother, since later, the shell peels off better once cooked. We will bring it to boil for 10-12 min.
Once cooked, we will cut it in half, and the we will take out its yolk. We will put this in a bowl, to which we will add 2 cans of tuna, a little salt, and a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, until it is a compact but not very dry mass.
