This is a Light recipe, one of my favorites with a unique flavor. Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Light cherry jelly
- 1 Pot of light strawberry yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of Light cream cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the gelatin as instructed, once ready, insert it in the freezer for about 20 minutes, or until a thin layer of ice has formed on the surface.
Remove from the freezer, and start beating with an electric mixer, insert the yogurt pot by tablespoons, without stopping beating, insert the 3 tablespoons of Light white cheese, beat a few more seconds until everything is mixed.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 more hours, finally, serve with fresh red berries.
