As we like simple desserts, those that we can improvise in a few minutes. It is the case of these strawberries and sponge cake; a dessert with a good individual presentation. The cups that I propose today contain strawberries in three different formats: jam, yogurt and fruit fresh. We have also completed the dessert with pieces of sponge cake to incorporate one more texture. They can be shoulder or any other variety that you find in the supermarket, to your liking! These glasses of strawberries and sponge cake are very simple to prepare. Serve them chilled as a dessert after lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of jam or strawberry jam
- 1 sponge cake (shoulder)
- 1 strawberry yogurt
- 1-2 strawberries to decorate
Preparation
- We put two tablespoons of Strawberry jam in the bottom of a glass.
- Then we chop the cake and we distribute it on top of the jam.
- We pour the yogurt, lightly beaten.
- We decorate with some chopped strawberries.
- We serve cool.
