- 1 glass of brown lentils per person
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cebolla
- 1 ripe tomato
- ½ green pepper
- 1 sweet chistorra

- We put a saucepan with enough depth over medium heat.

Hello Angel, in fact the tomato is added without peeling and the onion is whole although I cut it in half so that it releases all the juice. At the end of cooking the vegetables are usually removed except for the carrot.
