Today we are going to cook a perfect dish for this cold season that has just begun. You are delicious stewed lentils with chistorraThey have a different touch to vary their preparation a bit. Spoon plates are necessary at any table, they are nutritionally very complete but also, they are delicious. Legumes can be cooked in many ways, today the different touch is thanks to the chistorra.

Instead of using another type of chorizo, I have used the chistorra that it is lighter and takes less flavor from the lentils. Ideal if children are going to take it, since it provides less fat and is more easily digested. I recommend that you try this alternative to cook delicious lentils, you will surely repeat. Let's go to the pot!

Very good recipe. Well explained. Just ask you, if you add the unpeeled tomato. And also, if you add the two half onions, or one. Thanks a lot. Greetings.

Hello Angel, in fact the tomato is added without peeling and the onion is whole although I cut it in half so that it releases all the juice. At the end of cooking the vegetables are usually removed except for the carrot. One way to take advantage of it is to serve the onion, pepper, tomato and garlic separately in case any diner wants to take it with the lentils. Thank you very much for your comment, greetings
