Today we wanted to prepare some delicious potatoes stuffed with spinach, so that it is a lot more attractive to eat for the little ones. In this way, we add to your body all its nutritional value while maintaining the necessary strength to go to school.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes.
  • 1 kg of fresh spinach.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • Olive oil.
  • Water.
  • Salt
  • Oregano.
  • Thyme.
  • Bechamel.

Preparation

First, we will put a large pot full of water on the fire. When this water begins to boil, we will add salt and introduce the potatoes washed beforehand. We will leave cook the potatoes for about 30 minutes and we will let it temper.

At the same time that the potatoes are cooked, we are making the spinach. In a large frying pan, add a good drizzle of olive oil and add the sliced ​​garlic cloves. When it picks up some color, add the chopped spinach with our hands and turn it until it is reduced. We will remove and let drain on a colander.

Then we will open the potatoes a little from the top and we will empty them. We will crush this potato pulp and mix it with the spinach. We will make the bechamel part.

Finally, we will fill the potatoes and add a little bechamel and grated cheese on top. We will place them on the oven plate and we will gratin until golden.
