Preparation
  1. To make this dish of spinach ravioli with mushroom sauce, we will first cook the pasta.
  2. We will put a casserole with plenty of water and a little salt, when it starts to boil we will add the pasta, we will leave it until it is cooked or as the manufacturer indicates.
  3. On the other hand we prepare the sauce.
  4. We clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. We chop the garlic.
  5. We put a pan with a tablespoon of oil and one of butter, we add the minced garlic and before it takes color we add the chopped mushrooms.
  6. Sauté the mushrooms until they release the water and take color, when they are we will add the milk cream and the tablespoons of grated cheese. We let it cook until a creamy sauce is left. we will taste of salt.
  7. When the ravioli are ready, we drain them well, put them in a bowl and add the hot sauce on top or we can put it in a sauce boat and each one is served.
