Ingredients
  • Cannelloni slices(16-20)
  • 500 gr. spinach
  • 1 cebolla
  • 150 milk cream
  • 50 gr. grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • For the bechamel:
  • 30 gr. of butter
  • 30 gr. flour
  • 350 milk
  • Sal Island
  • Nutmeg

Preparation
  1. To make the cannelloni with spinach, raisins and pine nuts, first we will put a saucepan with plenty of water and salt, we will bring it to a boil when it is ready, we add the lasagna sheets, we leave them for about 10 minutes or until they are as the manufacturer says. We take them out, leave them on a cloth. We booked.
  2. Chop the onion, sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil, when it begins to take on color add the cleaned spinach.
  3. Once the spinach is cooked add the raisins, pine nuts and a little salt, mix well.
  4. Add the milk cream and grated cheese, leave it until it looks like a cream. Reserve and let cool.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the flour, let the flour cook for a minute and add the milk little by little until it thickens and takes on the texture of thick cream, add a little salt and a little of nutmeg.
  6. Roll up the cannelloni with the spinach dough, place it in a baking dish, cover with the bechamel sauce and a little grated cheese.
  7. Bake at 200ºC until the top is gratin.
  8. And ready to eat!!!
