In this way, today we present you these delicious spinach and béchamel balls, a delicious healthy dinner so that children can easily eat vegetables. In addition, spinach they are very beneficial for children, favoring the amount of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of spinach.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
  • Milk.
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Olive oil.
  • I beaten egg.
  • Bread crumbs.

Preparation

First of all, we will wash the spinach and we will get rid of the bigger and thicker stems. In addition, we will cut the garlic into thin slices.

In a frying pan, we will put a good drizzle of olive oil and we will add the sliced ​​garlic. When they are golden, we will add the spinach and let it cook until they diminish in volume, for this, we will stir from time to time. When they are done, we will remove them to a colander to remove as much oil as possible.

Then we will make a bechamel light. In the same pan where we have cooked the spinach, we will add a drizzle of olive oil again and when it is hot, we will add the flour and stir well to remove the raw flavor. Afterwards, we gradually incorporate the milk until we get a light cream.

Then we will add the spinach to the béchamel and we will stir well until we get a homogeneous mixture. In addition, we will add salt and nutmeg and remove them to a plate to let them cool a bit.

Finally, with our hands we will take small portions of this mixture and we will pass them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and then fry them in plenty of oil hot. We will drain them on absorbent paper and lito! to enjoy these delicious spinach balls.
