Ingredients
  • 1 package lasagna
  • Thick tomato sauce
  • 220 g. ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup of non-dairy milk
  • 220 g. frozen / thawed and drained spinach)
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. Preclentamos the oven to 180ºC.
  2. In a saucepan we bring plenty of water to a boil and we cook the sheets for lasagna following the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Once cooked, the we immerse in cold water for 30-45 seconds and once drained, we place them on a slightly moistened linen or cotton cloth.
  4. In a bowl, we mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan, milk, spinach. Season, we incorporate the oregano and we mix again. If we wanted a lighter dough, we would add more milk.
  5. Cover the bottom of a baking dish (30x20cm) with a little ketchup.
  6. We then place a lasagna layer, cover with tomato sauce and add ⅓ of the ricotta and spinach mixture over it.
  7. We repeat the process previous three more times.
  8. We cover the source with aluminum foil and we take to the oven for 20 minutes.
  9. After 20 minutes we remove the aluminum foil and cook another 10 minutes. Last 5 in grill mode to achieve a crispier surface.
  10. We take the lasagna out of the oven, we let it rest 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
