Spinach and chicken lasagna, healthy recipe

All the spinach it is a very food rich in water and low in protein and fat, so they become the main ones for weight loss diets. In addition, they have a high percentage of fiber, so it is very beneficial for people who suffer from constipation.
Ingredients
- 9 pre-cooked lasagna sheets.
- 1 kg of spinach.
- 1/2 onion.
- 1 leek
- Shredded chicken (leftover from the pot).
- Bechamel.
- Salt
Preparation
Firstly, we will cook the spinach. We will put in a large pot, water to boil. When the bubbles begin, we add salt and add the spinach. We will let them boil again and we count about 10 minutes. After those minutes, we drain them and reserve it.
At the same time we cook the spinach, we will soak the lasagna sheets in hot water. In addition, we will chop the onion very finely as well as the chicken. The latter, I have taken advantage of the meat of the pringá from the stew that I had left over from a previous recipe. Well, with the onion and spinach drained, we will make a sauté quickly, so that the onion is poached a little.
Then, we will assemble the lasagna. First, we will place 3 sheets of lasagna in the bottom of the baking dish, on top of it, we will place a layer of spinach and another of chicken, then we will place another 3 sheets of lasagna, like this until we finish with them and with the filling.
Finally, we will make a bechamel, and we will bathe her. Later, we will sprinkle grated cheese on it and put it in the oven, in the grill, at 200ºC for about 10 minutes.
