Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil or other
1 / 2kg of ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Rub the saucepan with the garlic cloves. Add the oil, chopped tomatoes, chopped chilli, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt, and sugar.
Bring to a high heat and with the saucepan covered until it begins to boil. Uncover the saucepan and continue cooking until it has the consistency of sauce.
