Spicy meat stew with chickpeas for autumn

Meat stew with chickpeas, spicy

Little by little we begin to enjoy cooler days in which we begin to feel like preparing stews like the one I propose today. A spicy meat and chickpea stew which has a fantastic mix of flavors and in which you can do without, if you want, the spice, it would be necessary!

This stew is very comforting and will become a great ally to warm you up in the colder months that are yet to come. With a generous base of vegetables, meat and chickpeas is also a very complete dish that you can serve as a single dish, adding an orange as a dessert, for example.

Don't you think it has a good color? The meat broth, the red wine that we used in its cooking and the fried tomato contribute to get that dark tone on which chickpeas and carrots stand out so much. Aren't you looking forward to trying it?
