  • 1 chilli
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sprig of coriander
  • chive
  • sesame oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We thoroughly wash the cucumbers WITHOUT PEELING THEM
  2. We chop all the ingredients and mix them in a bowl.
  3. Season with half a squeezed lime and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
  4. Season to taste
