The spiced chicken with carrot and sweet potato It is easy to prepare. We have cooked both the carrot and the bonito in the oven, with very little fat. It is something that you can do in advance for lunch time to save time. Try it with a green salad, it is a recipe that you will like!
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- Carrots 6
- 1 sweet potato
- ½ red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika sweet
- Curry powder
- We peel the carrots and we cut into thin slices.
- We peel the sweet potato, we wash and dice it.
- We clean the onion and cut it into julienne.
- Place the carrot, sweet potato and onion in a baking dish. We water with a splash of oil and sprinkle with a teaspoon of paprika.
- We take to the oven and we bake at 200ºC 20 minutes approximately.
- Meanwhile, we season the chicken. When the vegetables are almost done, we fry in a pan with a little spray oil. We sprinkle a little curry powder, finish making and mix it with the vegetables.
- We serve the spiced chicken, hot.
