Spaghetti with meatballs, to use the leftover spaghetti
If there is something that happens in the kitchen, it is that sometimes we make extra food, that is, we always have something left over. And, since nothing is thrown away in the kitchen, I give you an idea to make a recipe taking advantage of some spaghetti others that I cooked the other day.
Since I was alone at home and had to have lunch and prepare lunch the next day, which was meatballs, I had the idea of taking some meatballs and putting them together with those few spaghetti that I had left over to make a new recipe for Spaghetti with meatballs, remembering the cartoon movie Lady and the Tramp, which I love.
Take advantage of those foods that you do others and make new recipes, innovate yourselves and try new things, you will be surprised.
Ingredients
- Cooked spaghetti.
- 1/2 kilo of beef.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- Bread crumbs.
- Milk.
- Bread crumbs.
- 1 egg.
- Parsley.
- Sunflower oil.
- Fried tomato.
Preparation
To make this recipe as rich as others, having already cooked spaghetti, the question would be the meatballs with tomato. To do this, first of all, we would prepare the meat. In a bowl, we will chop two cloves of garlic, we will add the meat, the parsley, the whole raw egg, the breadcrumb soaked in milk and we will stir everything well to make a homogeneous dough. If you see that it does not have consistency, I always add a little breadcrumbs to it.
Then, we will make the typical balls of meatballs, we will pass them through flour and fry them all in sunflower oil. The temperature of the oil should be medium, neither too cold nor too hot, since if it is too hot they will brown quickly on the outside, but on the inside they would be raw.
Once fried, we will transfer them to a frying pan, in which we will pour a brick or two of fried tomato. We will stir well and add the leftover cooked spaghetti, stir again and let them heat up over a low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
