A good Iberian chorizo, always gives spaghetti a delicious flavor, and the cream gives it a bit of softness and texture. I encourage you to cook these spaghetti with chorizo and cream. You will love them.
Ingredients
- 200 g of spaghetti.
- Water.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- 200 g of Iberian chorizo.
- 2 brick of cream to cook.
- 2 garlic cloves.
Preparation
To prepare these spaghetti with chorizo and cream, the first thing you have to do is cook the spaghetti. To do this, put a large and deep pot on the fire, with plenty of water. When it starts to boil we will add salt and a drizzle of olive oil, so that the pasta does not stick or cake.
Normally the pasta is cooked according to the cooking time on the package, since each manufacturer shows a different time to the others. However, the pasta is usually ready in a time of 60 -70 minutes. When that time has elapsed, we will remove it from the heat and cool the spaghetti under the water tap.
After we peel and cut in sheets the teeth of it. We will also cut the Iberian chorizo in small squares. Then, in a frying pan with a good base of olive oil, we brown the garlic. When they are changing color we will add the chorizo and mix everything well.
Finally, we will add the spaghetti to the pan and we will stir everything well so that the ingredients are mixed and the spaghetti take on the flavor of the chorizo. When about 5 minutes have passed, we will add the cream and let it cook for about 5-8 more minutes.
If you want, to finish off the dish, you can add a little cheese on top, with the heat it will melt only. I hope you enjoy these spaghetti with chorizo and cream.
