The touch of spice gives a different flavor to the recipe, no need to add cream or other high-fat ingredients. In this way, we can flavor the pasta without having to add extra calories. - 500 gr of spaghetti with egg
- 2 free-range chicken breasts
- 200 gr of serrano ham tacos
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Extra virgin olive oil

- First we are going to put a casserole with water on the fire, add a little salt and let it heat up.
- When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti without breaking them and cook following the manufacturer's recommendations.
- After the corresponding time, drain and cool to cut the cooking time and prevent the pasta from overcooking.
- Now we are going to prepare the chicken, wash it well with water and cut it into small pieces, like a bite.
- Salt to taste and add a tablespoon of curry powder.
- We put a large frying pan on the fire and add a drizzle of virgin olive oil.
- Next, we chop the garlic cloves and fry them for a few seconds without letting them burn.
- Quickly, we add the chicken pieces and cook completely together with the garlic.
- Now, we remove the pan from the heat and add the ham blocks, it is not necessary to cook them so they are not too tasty.
- To finish, add the spaghetti to the pan and stir well to mix the ingredients, add a splash of milk to make the pasta juicier and heat before serving.
