Sometimes we buy several foods that, being few people at home, can go bad in the fridge. Therefore, you have to take advantage of these foods that are almost going to expire, making new recipes such as these spaghetti with chicken, cheese and bacon.

The spaghetti They are a very helpful product, since with only 8 minutes of cooking we already have something to put in our mouths and satisfy our hunger.

Ingredients

  • 200-300 g of spaghetti.
  • 200 g of bacon.
  • Grated cheese.
  • 1/2 chicken breast.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • Olive oil.
  • Water.
  • Salt
  • Thyme.

Preparation

To make these spaghetti with chicken, cheese and bacon, first of all we will have to cook the spaghetti. To do this, we will put a tall casserole covered with water on the fire. When it begins to boil, we will add salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Let it cook for 8-10 min, add the water and cool it under the cold water tap.

We will peel and cut the it. In addition, we will cut the bacon into strips and the chicken breast into cubes. In a frying pan, we will put a little olive oil and we will fry the garlic. When these are browned, we will add the breast and then the bacon. We will cook it for 5 minutes or so, until we see that both the chicken and the bacon are done.

To this mixture we will add the spaghetti. We will stir everything very well so that all the ingredients are mixed and we will incorporate salt, thyme. We will cook for a few more minutes and serve. Lastly, we will put the cheese on top of these spaghetti, with the same heat it will melt and… ready, to eat !.
