The recipe we prepared yesterday and today's have something in common. Both have cabbage among their ingredients. In this case we use it as an accompaniment to some simple spaghetti that you can prepare in less than 20 min. If you have little time to cook during the week, write down this recipe!
Spaghetti with ham, cabbage and dried tomatoes that we prepare today have a very Mediterranean air. Even more so if, as in this case, we add some basil leaves and burrata, a fresh cheese of Italian origin, first cousin of mozarella, before serving. Willing to try this dish?
- 210 g. spaghetti
- 100 g. kale, julienned
- 70 g. chopped dried tomatoes
- 3 slices of ham in pieces
- 100 g. burrata cut into chunks
- Some basil leaves
- 2 dientes de ajo chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- Black pepper
- In a saucepan with plenty of salty water let's cook the spaghetti until they are al dente.
- Meanwhile, we heat the olive oil in a frying pan and we sauté the garlic and kale for 4-5 minutes.
- Then we incorporate the ham, dried tomatoes and some basil leaves. Cook for 4 minutes and reserve hot.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it in the pan. We add the tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and we mix.
- We serve the pasta with burrata chunks, some basil leaves and a pinch of black pepper.
