The spaghetti and pickled mussels are my downfall, so one day I decided to get down to business and make a new experiment with both food and voila! I got this delicious recipe for spaghetti with tomato, with a marine touch with some pickled mussels.
In this way, we can take advantage of leftover food from other dishes. You know that I like to take advantage of everything in the kitchen and carry out many experiments, and this one in particular is quite good, so I invite you to do it.
Ingredients
- 250 g of spaghetti.
- 1 can of large pickled mussels.
- Fried tomato.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- Olive oil.
- Water.
- Salt
Preparation
First, we will have to perform the spaghetti. To do this, we will put a pot of water to boil, when the bubbles start, we will add salt and add the spaghetti, we will cook for about 8-10 minutes or whatever the manufacturer marks. We will drain.
Meanwhile, we will mince the two cloves of garlic very good. In a frying pan, we will put a drizzle of olive oil, we will add the minced garlic and when they are golden brown we will add the spaghetti, we will sauté a little so that the flavors mix.
Finally, we will add the tomato sauce and a little of the mussel broth. When everything is well incorporated and hot, we will serve, placing the mussels on top.
