Spaghetti with meat and tomato sauce

Today we prepare a plate of spaghetti with meat and tomato sauce a simple recipe to prepare. Pasta is one of the dishes that is not lacking in any house, it is liked a lot and especially by children.

Pasta can be served with any ingredient we like, vegetables, mushrooms, fish… We can prepare it in many ways. This time it is the classic meat pasta with tomato, but in my house with this triumph dish, everyone likes it, it is simple and very complete. This dish is prepared in a short time and the result is great. A dish that cannot be missing in our kitchen.

Ingredients
  • 1 package of spaghetti 400gr.
  • 350 gr. mixed minced meat
  • 1 can of fried tomato 400gr.
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 glass of white wine 150ml
  • Oregano
  • Salt pepper
  • Buy

Preparation
  1. We put a saucepan with plenty of water and salt, when it starts to boil we will cook the spaghetti until they are ready.
  2. We prepare the sauce. Chop the onion into small pieces, put a little oil in a frying pan, when it is hot we will poach it over medium heat, when the onion is transparent we introduce the minced meat, add a little salt and pepper. We leave it until the meat is cooked, we add the glass of white wine, we let it reduce and we put the fried tomato, stir well and we will put the oregano to taste, we let it cook all for about 10 minutes. If you like the sauce clearer, you can add a little water from the cooking of the spaghetti.
  3. When the spaghetti is ready, drain and mix it with the tomato sauce and the meat.
  4. We put it in a source and ready to eat !!!
