The sauce acquires a subtle sweet touch that differentiates it from a normal tomato sauce and whose flavor is transformed with the chorizo ​​pepper. Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 250 g. cherry tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 chorizo ​​peppers
  • Water glass 1
  • 80 g. spaghetti

Preparation
  1. We put the oil in a saucepan or frying pan and sauté the garlic cloves a couple of minutes without them getting to brown.
  2. Then add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and sugar. Mix and cook over low heat until they begin to soften and fall apart when stirred.
  3. Then, add the chorizo ​​pepper in chunks and the water that should almost cover the tomatoes.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes over low heat, stirring from time to time.
  5. Meanwhile, we cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
  6. After 40 minutes we crush the sauce and mix it with the drained spaghetti.
  7. We serve the spaghetti in a hot cherry sauce and chorizo.
