Soya bean jam or sweet

Today I propose to prepare the recipe for a delicious jam or sweet for which I used as nutritious food the soy beans (cooked) recognized for their protein properties that are important for you to incorporate into your usual diet.

Ingredients:

2 large cups soybeans (cooked)
2 cups of water
1 cup of ground sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence

Preparation:

Prepare a syrup with the sugar and water in a pot and cook it over a very high heat (it should be very consistent). Then, add the cooked soybeans to this preparation and pass these ingredients through the blender.

Pour the preparation into a pot and cook it until you notice that it reaches the point of jam, perfume with the vanilla essence and when the jam has lowered the temperature you can pack it in jars or glass jars with a hermetic lid and store them in the refrigerator until the moment to consume.
