Ingredients
- 100 ml. crushed tomato
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 100 ml. orange juice
- 60 g. soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation
- In a saucepan we put reduce crushed tomato with the brown sugar, until thickened.
- In another saucepan, we put the orange juice and the soy sauce and mix well.
- We put the saucepan on fire and we add the two tablespoons of honey. We stir until they are well dissolved.
- We bring to a boil and we lower the fire. Then, we add the tomato and stir until all the ingredients are well integrated.
- We cook over low heat/ medium, until the sauce is thick and has reduced to almost half its original volume.
