Ingredients: (for two people)
- Small-medium sized soles (4)
- Lemon
- Buy
For the tomato sauce:
- Crushed tomato
- oregano
- pepper
- basil
We clean the soles and we let marinate with a little oil and lemon while we prepare the tomato sauce.
We prepare the ketchup, homemade and rich, rich following the indications that you can see in this recipe for Cuban rice. Reserve.
In a frying pan, we put a drizzle of oil. When it's hot we pass the soles, like when we mark the meat before cooking it.
We cover with the tomato sauce, and cook for about 15 minutes.
