Ingredients:
6 Smoothies or Hake fillets
1 Bread
2 eggs
Parsley
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
1 Raw Carrot Grated
½ Cup of Milk
Salt, Pepper, Lemon, Chili.
Preparation:
Dress the previously washed fish fillets. Mix the two half-beaten eggs, the bread soaked in milk and sieved, the chopped parsley, the grated carrot, the chopped and fried onion (in oil or butter) and the dressings.
With the resulting mass (it should not be thick or clear) fill the fish and fold it over itself. Put it whole in a roasting pan, garnish it with oil and lemon and finally add the breadcrumbs
