The salads they are a recurring dish on my table; they allow us to combine numerous flavors and colors. The explosion of color in this salad makes us think of summer and yet, nothing prevents us from tasting it in the middle of Winter. Lettuce, cherry tomatoes and smoked salmon and cod are its main components.
Smoked they fit perfectly in fresh salads like these. Smoking is a very popular technique for preserving smoked products and as such it is not difficult to find this type of product. Its flavor adds a very special touch to the salad and a more texture that contrasts with the explosion of colored cherry and different lettuces.
- Mixed lettuce leaves; green, roman, escalora ..
- 100 g. smoked salmon
- 50 g. smoked cod
- 12 cherry tomatoes (mine in different colors)
- Raisins (optional)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sal Island
- Freshly ground black pepper
- We wash well lettuce leaves under cold running water. We drain them and place them in a salad bowl or bowl.
- Next, we cut the smoked salmon and cod. We incorporate them into the salad.
- We wash the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad, cut in half.
- Add the raisins.
- We prepare a vinaigrette with the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper. We whisk and dress the salad with it.
