Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 175 grams of bacon
- 175 grams of ham
- 150 grams of cheese (slices)
- 5 potatoes
- 150 ml of white wine
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Black pepper
Preparation
- First of all is clean the sirloin well y open it in half to be able to fill it with the rest of the ingredients. You can add whatever you want, but in our case we have added cured ham, bacon and cheese, all sliced and well stretched throughout the sirloin.
- Once filled, we roll it up and put a string on it to tie it so that the ingredients do not come out. It we salt and pepper on the outside and we put it in the oven with a little white wine that we will throw over it so that it does not come out dry. In the oven tray we will add a few drops of olive oil so that it does not stick, along with the potatoes sliced to accompany.
- We put it in the oven, with fire up and down about 200 degrees about 25 minutes. We will check from time to time to avoid burning.
- And ready! Juicy and very rich sirloin to eat
