Sirloin steaks on horseback

INGREDIENTS:

- 4 sirloin steaks.

- Pate.

- 4 slices of sandwich.

- Salt, pepper and oil.

- Juice of half a lemon.

PROCESS:

- We put a little oil on a plate and dip the fillets in it (like when we are going to pour bread with oil). Season with salt and pepper.

- We leave about 15 minutes of maceration and then we fry the fillets (keep in mind that the fillets have to be just enough to fit in the sandwich.

- Once fried, we take and toast the sandwich slice. Then we add the pate and, on top, the loin fillet.

- In the pan we fry some eggs that will be placed on top of the fillet.

- Now, the oil that has remained from frying the fillets (which will be the one we use to spread them before, no more) we heat it and add the juice of half a lemon. We pour this "sauce" on top of the dishes and serve.
