Ingredients
  • 1 kg. sirloin steak
  • Carrots 3
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 175 ml. brandy
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • Curry
  • Ground black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We take on one side a pan in which we will be cooked salsa and on the other a pan in which we will brown a little sirloin steaks before cooking. We do this so that they are golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside.
  2. In the saucepan we add a little olive oil that we will heat over medium heat. Later we will throw the asliced ​​jos and carrots also cut into small cubes.
  3. Meanwhile, let's brown the steaks of sirloin in the pan with a little olive oil, and we are removing it on a plate when they are golden brown.
  4. When the carrots and garlic are done, we raise the heat to the maximum and add the brandy. We let all the alcohol evaporate, stir a little, and add the water and the chicken stock cube. We stir again and finally we add a little ground black pepper, curry and salt. We remove Finally, so that all the flavors are mixed with each other and we take out in a mixing bowl.
  5. With the blender we beat all the contents of the pot well and that will be our sauce, that when it is ready, we will put it back in the same pot as before and we will add the sirloin steaks that we had apart.
